These organic chia seeds are a source of protein, high in fiber, calcium, iron, manganese and omega-3 fatty acids. Recommended Use: Add 1 to 2 teaspoons (5g) to breakfast cereal, yogurt or salads. It forms a gel when added to water that can be used as a thickener in juices or smoothies.
