Champagne vinegar is made from wine in champagne bottles and kept in oak barrels for at least one year. It has an amber color and a slightly woody flavor.
Aromatic yet delicate, this vinegar does not disguise the flavor of the accompanying ingredients. Ideal for adding to salads, sauces and even asparagus, but also great for enhancing and defrosting many meat or vegetable dishes, as well as mayonnaise.
White wine vinegar from the Champagne-Ardenne region. 7% acidity. Contains SULFITES. Allergens: See ingredients in capital letters.
