Carnaroli Extra Long Grain Rice Bio
Organic extra long grain Carnaroli rice has an oval shape and a milky white color. Its higher amylose content means that it does not lose its shape and becomes very creamy after cooking! Grown in northern Italy, carnaroli is the favorite rice of Italians for risotto preparation.
