Walnut and Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
- 500gr of whole buckwheat flour
- 350ml of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of pink salt
- 6g of baker's yeast
- 180g of chèvre cheese cut into cubes
- 75g of sultanas
- 75g of pecans
Preparation:
- In a bowl, start by adding the flour, salt and yeast. Add the warm water and knead the dough.
- Add the sultanas, cheese and nuts to the dough and knead a little more. Leave to rise for 45 minutes.
- Pour the dough into a baking tin lined with baking paper, and bake in the oven, preheated to 180º, for 50 minutes.
