Ingredients

crostini toasts- 6 slices of
vegan mozzarella slices- 10 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1/3 cup of grated vegan mozarella
- 1/3 cup of
organic olive oil - 1 tablespoon of
black pepper- 1 tablespoon of
Himalayan salt
Instructions
- To each toast, add 2 slices of vegan mozzarella cheese then microwave till the cheese melts, top them with sliced cherry tomatoes.
- To prepare the pesto sauce, mix all the rest of the ingredients in a blender then drizzle 1 tablespoon on top of each toast.
