Vegan banana bread

Ingredients
- 100 g of gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 150 g of cane sugar
- 40 g of coconut oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 80 ml water

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Place baking paper on a rectangular baking tray.
- Put the coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave for 15-20 seconds until melted.
- Smash the bananas with a fork, add the coconut oil and mix everything together.
- Add the sugar, vanilla, water and vinegar and mix everything together until it's well blended.
- Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix with the previous ingredients.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
