Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
4 cups of milk or plant-based milk
1 cup of cane sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt (optional)
Ice cubes
Method of preparation
1. In a large bowl, mix the milk, sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Place the mixture in a blender for a few minutes, remove and set aside.
2. Mix the ice cubes together with the coarse salt and grind in the machine (the more salt you use, the faster the ice cream will freeze).
3. Combine the mixture from the first bowl in the blender with the ice for several minutes until you get the desired consistency.
4. You can either eat it right away or put it in a suitable container and leave it in the fridge for two or three hours.
