Pita with seitan kebab and lentil hummus
For the pita:
- 135g whole wheat flour
- 135g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Cherry tomatoes to taste
- Seitan keban
- Red lentil hummus
- Knead the ingredients until a dough forms. (you can knead with your hands or with a hand mixer)
- Form into a ball and divide into about 4 smaller balls
- On a flat surface roll out with a rolling pin and form into even circles Add to pan with olive oil
- Fry until golden and add tomatoes, seitan and hummus
