
Penne with vegan pesto sauce
Penne with vegan pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 5 sliced mushrooms
- 200 g of penne
- 4 dessert spoons of vegan pesto sauce
- Grated vegan parmesan to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions and set aside;
- Place the olive oil, onion and chopped garlic cloves in a frying pan;
- Add the sliced mushrooms, season with pepper, and cook;
- Add the cooked penne pasta and the vegan pesto sauce;
- Mix well and cook for a further 2 minutes;
- Serve on the plate and finish with the grated parmesan.
