Overnight Oats with Apple and Seeds
Ingredients
For the porridge:
- 90 g of coarse oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 60 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon rice jelly
- 250 ml natural vegetable milk
- 1 pinch of salt
For the topping:
- 1 apple
- Juice of half an orange
- 1 tablespoon rice jelly
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- 60 g plain yoghourt, to serve
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until they are fully incorporated and texture of porridge.
Cover the bowl and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- For the apple topping, cut the apple into small cubes and drizzle with the orange juice.
Mix in the rice jelly and seeds.
- Divide the oatmeal between 2 jars or bowls, cover with the yoghurt, the apple and the seeds.
Can be kept for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
