Overnight Oats with Apple and Seeds


For the porridge:

For the topping:


  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until they are fully incorporated and texture of porridge.
    Cover the bowl and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

  2. For the apple topping, cut the apple into small cubes and drizzle with the orange juice.
    Mix in the rice jelly and seeds.

  3. Divide the oatmeal between 2 jars or bowls, cover with the yoghurt, the apple and the seeds.
    Can be kept for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
