Oat, Banana and Chocolate Pancakes

To serve

  1. Crush all the ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender.
  2. Mix in the chocolate chips and let the batter sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and brush with a little coconut oil.
  4. Pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of the pancake batter, forming a small circle, and leave to cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
  5. With the help of a spatula, flip it and let it brown on the other side.
  6. Repeat the process until you finish the batter, adding a little more coconut oil in the in the frying pan whenever necessary.
  7. Serve the pancakes with banana slices, peanut butter, date jelly, walnuts and chocolate chips.
