Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 cup of cashews
- 6 pitted dates
- 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 40 g of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 120 ml of water
Preparation
- Place the cashews, dates, cocoa powder and vanilla in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add honey and blend again.
- Add water gradually and continue blending.
- You can consume the mousse right away or place in the refrigerator to serve later.
