Gluten free oat pizza dough

- 3 ½ to 4 cups of gluten free flour
- 1 ½ cups of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of dried yeast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Himalayan salt


    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC then combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
    2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover it and let it rise for 2 hours.
    3. Stretch the dough, forming a round shape, and add the toppings to taste for a gluten free pizza.
    4. Put it in the oven and let it cook until golden.
