Focaccia (Italian Bread)


- 2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup of lukewarm water
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil with rosemary and chili
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 10 black olives
Sundried tomatoes as needed
- Rosemary for garnish
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead the dough and let it rest for 3 hours.
2. Stretch it until it forms a rectangular shape.
3. Make dimples with your finger and add the 3 remaining tablespoons of olive oil, the olives and the sun dried tomatoes.
4. Bake it in the oven (200ºC) for around 20 minutes.
