Deconstructed Cheesecake
- 3 tablespoon of sugar free cornflakes
- 1 teaspoon of Açaí
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 handful of frozen red fruits
- 120g of natural Greek yoghurt
Preparation:
1. Place the red fruits in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Leave it on
cool down.
2. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the chia seeds and açaí;
3. 3. In a jar, layer the crushed cornflakes, the yoghurt mixture and the red berries.
