Coconut and Almond Snack in 3 steps

Ingredients for 14 balls:

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor, except the almonds, and grind until you get a mouldable paste. If necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Form small balls with moistened hands, and place an almond in the centre of each ball. Close the ball again.
  3. Place each ball in a bowl with grated coconut and refrigerate for 1 hour.
