Coconut and Almond Snack in 3 steps
Ingredients for 14 balls:
- 8 Medjool dates
- 60g of grated coconut
- 30g of almond flour
- 14 almonds with skin
- Coconut shavings to taste (to wrap the balls)
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor, except the almonds, and grind until you get a mouldable paste. If necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.
- Form small balls with moistened hands, and place an almond in the centre of each ball. Close the ball again.
- Place each ball in a bowl with grated coconut and refrigerate for 1 hour.
