Chocolate and Rice Cookies
Serves: 4 cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 thin rice galettes with chia and quinoa
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 2 squares of chocolate >70% cocoa
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, start by mashing the banana with a fork;
2. Add the peanut butter and the broken rice galettes into small pieces;
3. Add the chopped chocolate and the cinnamon. Stir everything together very well;
4. In a baking tray lined with baking paper, place the dough shaped into the shape of cookies with the help of a spoon;
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for +/- 10 minutes.
